Cosmic’s training series this season concentrates on helping businesses and organisations connect with their customers through Social Media as well as practical advice such as how to build your own website using SitesPlus.

Get up and blogging in the session, find out how blogs can improve your search engine visibility and learn how YouTube can impact on your business
Introduction to Social Media - Tuesday 12th February - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Learn about social media and what it can do for your organisation or business. We’ll take you through the features and benefits of Social Media and how it can help your business.
Search Engine Optimisation - Tuesday 12th March - 1.30am – 4.30pm
How to Improve your websites' Google listing and understand what you need to do to improve rankings.
Measuring Online Success - Thursday 23rd May - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Understand how successful your social media online marketing and web strategies work for you by learning how to measure your online success. We'll delve deep into Google Analytics and review some social media platforms too.
Get to Grips with Twitter - Thursday 13th June - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Set up and be proficient on Twitter within an afternoon. Learn how to tweet, tips to following twitter, the importance of Bios, Hash Tags and profiles.
Facebook for businesses - Tuesday 9th July - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
We’ll run through groups and pages, highlight the differences and show you how to set up Pages for your business. We’ll help you to understand Facebook Advertising, Check-in and other business related applications that can help you engage customers
If you are over 19 and live in Devon you may be eligible for 1 free workshop. This offer is limited to one free workshop per person. All courses run from 1.30-4.30pm – and are charged at a subsidised rate of £25 + VAT for those not eligible for a funded place or any additional workshops.
Courses delivered at Cosmic HQ at East Devon Business Centre, Honiton within easy reach of the A30 and train station.
