Cosmic sails through IIP assessment

Cosmic is delighted to report that it continues to be recognised as an Investor in People.  As part of the IIP process COSMIC carried out extensive consultation with all those it works with (including staff) to gain feedback and look at ways that it can continue to improve. 

Julie Harris, Chief executive of COSMIC said, ‘I am thrilled that cosmic has once again retained its IIP award for the 3^rd time, whilst we are always confident that our company is supportive to all of our people it is nice to have this verified by IIP’.

IIP is the UK’s leading people management standard and is a national award that sets a level of good practice for improving an organisations progress through its people.
