Sourcing IT support - please help with NAVCA's national survey

NAVCA (the national voice of local support and development organisations in England) are running a survey of the community sector to try and help get the information and communication technology (ICT) support it will need in the future. The main objective of the survey is to create a 'directory' of some form which is accessible to everyone and informs you where you can get the support you need locally. Often this isn't just about organisations (like COSMIC) who are dedicated to ICT, but covers a whole range of general support organisations who might, for example, also do basic Microsoft Office (or other basic IT)  training, or have a list of technical support providers to signpost their members and groups to.

We understand that you may be tired of surveys, but we feel that this one is very important both locally and nationally in getting the support the sector needs. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey – your input is appreciated!
