Woodland Directory goes live

COSMIC were asked to produce a more advanced directory for our existing client SW Woodland Directory. We have included search within search results and map based proximity searching. Now you can drop a pin onto a map for where you live and find services that are close to you by specifying a mile or kilometre radius.
 
This search improvement utilises geocoding for companies and individuals as they are entered onto the directory and means that the user benefits from more accurate and local results.
 
       
The South West Directory of Woodland Products and Services is the continuation of the process of building a comprehensive register of woodland services and products within the South West region. It is being compiled under a project managed by ConFor in partnership with the Forestry Commission, South West Woodland Renaissance and the South West Regional Development Agency.
