Kate Doodson, Business & Operations Manager
Providing a rock-solid basis to the delivery of all our services, projects and product development, and the same time developing and managing our range of business partnerships. Kate is also a key member of the training team and regularly presents at workshops and events. She is able to bring a keen sense of technology and digital developments, including at our monthly Happy Hour sessions. She also provides input to our major website projects, particularly in ensuring the best approach to design and architecture of these projects.

Gary Ebsworth, Senior Web Manager 
Advanced web programming, architecture and development of bespoke online systems are Gary's area of expertise. He brings a top quality approach to our more complex web projects, with skills in 'raw' programming used alongside a range of open source systems which he has specialised in for many years now. Providing customers with the features they want in their website including effective use of data, images, reports, e-commerce and relationship management. He has worked most of our major website projects, developing a full understanding how to plan and then efficiently deliver the solutions required.

Rob French, Technology Manager
Our award winning technology guru sits at the heart of our technical and server support services. Rob has a broad and high level range of skills and knowledge developed over many years in working in IT systems development, server management, software and hardware support. He is well-known with all our customers for his very straight-forward, friendly and effective support and also for his ability to translate sometimes complex technical issues and solutions into plain English!

At the heart of our excellent web services sits the man who keeps client support and relationship to the top of his 'to-do' list on a daily basis. He brings charm and enthusiasm to his work, along with strong abilities in mentoring customers to progress into managing their own website content.

Here's Ben, one of the longest serving members of the Cosmic team, in whose hands rests the development of the vast majority of our brilliant web designs, along with a whole set of web development tasks. Often described as the web team's cornerstone, Ben brings a real flare for digital design, creative approaches to the web layout and navigation. A true advocate of common-sense, and a real enthusiasm for accessibility, useability and functionality he is able to provide sound advice on all things web-related to customers and colleagues on a regular basis.

Matt Young, Social Media Specialist and Trainer
Matt is one of our digital mentors at Cosmic and he brings a wealth of knowledge of social media platforms - mainly because he spends his life on them! Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram - you'll find Matt on them all. Matt's background in broadcasting mean his presentation skills are first class and he has the ability to explain a subject with clarity and engage our clients easily in their learning and development.
