Keith Tizzard, Chairman
Keith has been a user of the Internet Cafe since it opened and a Member of the Advisory Board for a number of years. He joined the Board of Directors in 2002. After a period in industry, he spent 25 years at the University of Exeter where he was the Head of the Department of Mathematical Statistics and Operational Research. He has many years experience teaching a range of programming languages within the University and to commercial organisations. He now designs database systems for local businesses. Keith was elected to Chairman in May 2006 and works closely with fellow Board colleagues in overseeing the work of the company and moving things forward.
Mark Williams

Mark is a Solicitor and has, since 2002, been the Chief Executive of East Devon District Council. His interest in IT is a broad one and he chairs the Devon e-Government Partnership. Ideally he would like to see public, private and voluntary sector/social enterprise organisations combining through the effective use of IT to deliver enhanced services to citizens but he acknowledges this is very much 'work in progress'. Outside of work and Cosmic he is a Helmsman for the Sidmouth Lifeboat and Chairman of its Trustees
Gerald Lee

Gerald Lee has been employed as Director (CEO) of the St Monica Trust since December 1999. The Trust is a leading charity in the care and support of older people. Prior to his present appointment, Gerald was Chief Executive of Quarriers, Scotland's second largest charity. Gerald Lee, who is married with three children, was educated at Bristol University and the University of Kent at Canterbury
Mike Sycamore
Mike has recently retired as a Local Director from Lloyds TSB after a 40 year career in banking and finance. His main areas of expertise were Sales Management, Management Development, Coaching, Training and Business Management.
Mike is currently working on a freelance consultative basis for Cornwall College, facilitating workshops for Business Link. He is also a Mentor for South Devon Business Mentors working primarily in the Torbay area. Mike lives in East Devon and is married with 2 children and 4 gorgeous grandchildren.

Julie Harris
Julie Harris is the Chief Executive and has a key role in leading the strategic planning of its future, with a keen interest in seeing the company grow and develop to meet the needs of more and more businesses, individuals and organisations. Julie has worked at COSMIC for over 9 years and in that time she has worked in a variety of management and development roles. Julie is currently studying with Exeter University on the MA in Leadership Studies. Since May 2006 Julie has been Chair of RISE - the Regional Infrastructure for Social Enterprise in the South West.
Sarah Stevenson
Sarah joined the Board as one of the first Executive Directors in March 2005, having worked for the Company in various roles since the summer of 2001. Sarah also acts as a governor at her children's school and has experience of public and private sector work in the past. Sarah oversees the finances of the company, looks after personnel issues and marketing plans, and is also manager of all contracts.
