Location: Primarily the South West region; occasional UK-wide travel Working Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Role Overview:

Join Cosmic as a Digital Coach to guide clients through their digital transformation journey. Many learners struggle to stay committed to learning as their life is busy at home and in the workplace. This role is about supporting, motivating and building confidence in our clients to ensure they complete their learning journey. Key tasks include delivering digital diagnostics, managing accounts, and providing personalised coaching. Ideal candidates should have experience in coaching, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in technology and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities:

· Guide clients through their digital transformation journey.

· Deliver digital diagnostics, manage client accounts, and support in completing courses and assignments.

· Develop professional relationships with clients through various events, workshops, and one-to-one sessions.

· Utilise CRM systems and MS365 technology efficiently.

· Inspire clients to embrace new digital tools and methodologies.

· Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain compliance with procedures.

Key Qualifications:

· Passion for digital technology and its impact on businesses.

· Confidence with the latest digital tools and platforms.

· Adaptability in coaching and mentoring techniques.

· Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in digital coaching and mentoring.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft 365.

· Driver's license.

Preferred:

· At least one year’s experience in a similar role.

· Coaching and mentoring certification (level 3 or above).

· Experience in marketing programmes.
