Role Overview:
Join Cosmic's Training and Consultancy team to deliver essential digital skills training to individuals, businesses, and organisations. The role involves a variety of training formats, from group workshops to personalised one-on-one sessions, aimed at enhancing digital literacy and confidence.
We are looking for candidates who exhibit adaptability and flexibility in their approach to the role, thrive in collaborative team environments, offer support and motivation to the wider team, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate digital training both online and face-to-face.
- Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide administrative support for various projects.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions to promote digital understanding.
- Uphold and represent the values and ethos of Cosmic in all engagements.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine interest in digital technology and its potential benefits.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to various learner needs.
- Strong communication skills across different mediums.
- Prior experience in digital training or a related field is an advantage.
- A strong team player.
- Must possess a driving license.
