Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about any of Cosmic's services, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or call 0845 094 6108 where your query will be handled by the appropriate service manager.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be found, the complaint will be escalated to the Chief Executive Officer(s).

We will aim to get back to all concerns within five (5) working days.
