Enhancing Productivity

East Devon Enhancing Productivity

Funded by East Devon District Council, Cosmic - in partnership with BIP - are providing a range of training and consultancy services to support businesses in our region.

Whilst BIP will be supporting new start-ups in the District, Cosmic will be providing workshops and 1-to-1 consultancy to established businesses in East Devon.

We are providing 4 innovative and thought provoking workshops designed to boost business productivity through the development of new business practices, the adoption of technology and new ways of working. There will be two chances to attend each workshop in the series - but places are limited - so book early!

For the attendees of the workshop, there will also be the highly valuable offer of additional 1-to-1 business consultancy. Up to 6 hours of mentoring, advice and guidance on how to introduce these new business tools and practices into your organisation. All of this is provided to you for free if your business is based in East Devon district.

The Workshops (Dates being finalised)

  • The Customer Experience: injecting Digital into the whole customer journey: from markeing, sales and after-sales; looking at how digital technology can improve the customer experience.

  • New Ways of Working: Agile working methodology, Minimum Viable Product principles, Business Case design and Innovation focusing. All these ideas can boost your success.

  • Leading in a Digital World: Looking at how we need to adapt culture and mindsets to support adoption of new processes. We'll also take a look at the emerging technology in the world of digital.
