Content marketing includes things like educational articles, e-books, videos, entertainment, and webinars that answer specific questions people have and provide them with something they can’t get somewhere else. This workshop will demonstrate that by becoming a credible, authoritative resource on topics that matter to your potential customers, your business will more likely get discovered by the right audience and earn their loyalty and trust – which, in turn, enables your business to strengthen its customer relationships, grow an active and engaged subscriber base, and even increase profits.
This workshop is 3 hours and will be delivered by Silvia Paloschi . Silvia is a digital trainer for Cosmic, her job involves upskilling individuals, early-stage entrepreneurs and small business owners in all areas of digital marketing. Silvia has a mix of experiences that vary from being a self-employed Transcreator and SEO Copywriter to Project Managing in areas such as Market Research, Entrepreneurship and Educational Programmes. Her most recent significant experience is in Digital Marketing and Digital Up-skilling, working as a Coach on the Google Digital Garage programme, Lloyd's Bank Academy, BT Small Business Saturdays, for a Start-up Incubator and designing and implementing Social Media communications strategies for private clients and educational institutions.
