DR Company approached Cosmic to replace their website which had grown organically over time with many projects and information branching off and making it challenging to use.
We worked together to understand the main audiences and how we could simplify the user journey and presentation of the website. We also had to take into consideration making the updates to the website as easy and time effective as possible.
The solution was to concentrate on producing news, case studies and stories and categorising them into the main audiences. This enables a easily repeatable process that can then feed into areas that users find relevant to their own interests.
