Pluss
Pluss needed a new website that evoked the great work they do as soon as a visitor arrived at their website. We spent time with Pluss working out the most straight forward website architecture and top level pages.
Under which they can store their welath of useful information for their varied user group.
It is this initial simplicity of message and clarity that was the driving factor during the websites production and will continue through it's ongoing development.
Pluss is a Social Enterprise that supports thousands of disabled people each year to achieve work and a career.
Pluss also directly employs hundreds of disabled people within its own commercial enterprises.
Pluss have worked with Cosmic on a variety of website projects over the last couple of years, perhaps most significantly our main Pluss website which can be viewed at www.pluss.org.uk
Cosmic are a fantastic company to do business with. We always work in complete partnership, sharing ideas from website conception, throughout the build and also with on-going developments after the site has gone live. They have also provided us with CMS, Search Engine Optimisation and Social Media training which has proved invaluable and, as a result, we have seen our social media figures rise significantly in the past year.
Often I will need urgent updates to our website and Cosmic's response rate is superb every time. All requests are dealt with efficiently and they do their utmost to respond to anything that is urgent the same or next day. I am never made to feel like a 'pain' - although I am sure sometimes I must be!
Another big benefit with the entire Cosmic team is their use of clear language in specifications and every day conversations - I have never been confused with IT terminology which makes a big difference. They also seem to listen hard in order to understand our various requirements and get our needs right first time, every time. On a couple of occasions, they have helped us make decisions when we have not been entirely sure what we needed.
We continue to use Cosmic repeatedly for various sub-brand sites and I would have no hesitation to wholeheartedly recommend Cosmic to any company for all their online and social media requirements.
