This website is designed to clearly show information in order to ensure the local community can see the progress of the construction work. The site is a CMS which handles multiple content types making it easy for the website administrators to quickly add news items, elements of work that need to be added in real time for notifications and a timeline to show the over arching plan moving forward.

The South Devon Link Road is a 5.5km dual carriageway, which will provide the long awaited Kingskerswell bypass.  The road will bypass the existing A380 between Newton Abbot and Torbay.

Currently under construction, the major new road is scheduled to be complete by December 2015.   The project was granted full approval by the government in May 2012 and work began in the autumn of 2012.
