Cosmic are delighted to be included in this year’s “Tech List”: the Western Morning News’ round up of the top 30 tech companies in the South West.
As the newspaper says, “the South West is becoming a hotbed for the digital innovation that will drive the economy during the next few years”. This is evident in what we experience day-to-day, and is particularly highlighted in the list of companies featured in the line-up. From video production companies, to satellite imaging firms, to online ticketing ventures, the region, with Plymouth and Exeter at the epicentre, is leading the way in high-tech, digital invention.
Cosmic’s own role in this community of businesses is as the thought leaders in digital transformation and digital leadership. Cosmic are now able to provide end-to-end digital skills and mindset training, looking at both the needs of individuals and the future strategies for businesses in Devon, Somerset, Dorset and and Cornwall.
As we allude to in the article, we recognise the speed at which technology develops, and the need for society to adapt to these changes at a similar pace. Cosmic continue to focus on supporting communities across the South West, but we are now also looking to work closer with business leaders, senior executives and managers from top organisations across the region. We have developed a programme of digital leadership training that enables businesses to look much further ahead with regards to digital technology and its importance in their future. Through our structured learning programmes, businesses will be better prepared to take on the growing raft of digital challenges, such as cyber security, digital transformation, automation, cloud-computing and talent development.
Cosmic are proud to be represented on the Tech list, and are pleased to see that the South West continues to show huge promise in the tech world. Congratulations to all those businesses represented.
