Design process

Our design process begins with moodboarding to capture the right style and feel for your brand. We present two initial design options, using Adobe XD to provide an interactive experience that allows you to see the design come to life. Your feedback is integral as we refine the chosen concept to perfection.

Development

Once the design is finalised, our in house skilled developers will bring it to life using WordPress or Drupal, depending on your needs. We ensure the website is not only visually stunning but also fully functional, accessible, and optimised for performance across all devices.

Quality assurance

Before launch, we rigorously test your website to ensure everything works seamlessly. Our quality assurance process includes checking responsiveness, accessibility, functionality, and performance, ensuring a flawless user experience and meeting the highest standards.

Launch

As we prepare to launch your new website, we ensure everything is tested and fully operational. This includes implementing SSL certificates for security, linking the site with analytics for tracking performance, and setting up 301 redirects to preserve SEO for any old URLs.

Training

We empower you with full control of your website through comprehensive training. Whether you’re editing content or making additions, we provide hands-on guidance, so you can confidently manage your site without needing to rely on a developer for everyday changes.

Ongoing support

Our relationship doesn’t end at launch. We offer ongoing support, including hosting, domain management, and technical assistance. We have a simple ticketing system via Zendesk. Our team is always here to help with updates, troubleshooting, or any new features you want to implement, ensuring your website continues to thrive.
