I look after the web team at Cosmic and am the first point of contact for many new clients. A big part of my role is helping clients understand the website process from the start, including what it means to work with Cosmic as a social enterprise.
I enjoy making the process feel clear and approachable. I want clients to feel supported, informed and confident about the service they are receiving.
I am also motivated by the people I work with. My team consistently creates brilliant solutions, and I am proud to be part of that. I work at Cosmic because I believe in what a social enterprise can achieve and the difference it can make.
Before joining Cosmic, I worked in a wide range of roles. These included being a marine engineer assistant, an early morning bread deliverer, a Sunday shop worker, a cinema worker and an internet café nanny. Those experiences helped shape me into someone who is creative, practical and flexible.
I also have a degree in Graphic Design: Illustration and was a lecturer at Plymouth College of Art, where I taught animation.
