I am the Senior Technical Consultant at Cosmic.
I work with schools, charities and small businesses, helping them get the most from digital services. I also support our team of skilled technicians as we deliver practical tech support to clients.
What matters most to me is helping people feel more confident with technology. I enjoy showing clients solutions that save time, improve productivity and make everyday work easier.
Many organisations feel unsure about digital change at first. My role is to help remove that fear and make technology feel more useful, more manageable and more relevant to their needs.
Every client is on a different journey. I value the chance to support that progress and see organisations grow as they adopt new systems and ways of working.
My background has always been in technology. I started my career at IBM in the early 2000s, supporting multinational financial institutions. Later, I moved into the education sector, where I supported a federation of schools in rural Devon.
Over the years, one thing has stayed the same. I have always helped people adapt to technology with more confidence and less stress.
Outside work, I enjoy live theatre. Performing in front of an audience brings a real sense of energy, and that confidence carries into the way I work with people at Cosmic.
