I am a Digital Skills Trainer at Cosmic and have worked here for more than five years. As part of the Training and Consultancy team, I have supported a wide range of projects and delivered training in Microsoft 365, digital marketing and even internet memes.
I enjoy helping people and businesses build confidence with digital tools. Seeing someone realise they can use technology to make work easier is one of the best parts of my role.
Over the last two years, I have become the lead deliverer of environmental and sustainability training at Cosmic. This work reflects my strong interest in helping organisations build digital skills while also thinking more carefully about their environmental impact.
I hold a Level 2 Award in Managing Business Responses to Environmental Challenges. I have also completed CPD training in Net Zero emissions, the circular economy and sustainable business practices. This allows me to bring together digital knowledge and sustainability awareness in a practical and useful way.
Before joining Cosmic, I built experience in the arts and spent two decades working in retail. That varied background helps me relate to different people and support them in ways that feel clear and relevant.
Outside work, I am a big film fan, especially science fiction, and I enjoy exploring different ideas and theories.
