Through Connect to Work Cornwall, Cosmic works alongside People Hub Cornwall to provide tailored employment support for carers and former carers who want to find work, return to work, build confidence or progress in their careers.

Meet your Digital Employment Specialist

As part of your personalised support, you may work with David Johnson, one of Cosmic’s Digital Employment Specialists on the Connect to Work Cornwall programme.

David supports people across Cornwall to overcome barriers to employment and build the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to move towards work. He provides tailored support on all aspects of employment, including job searching, applications, interview preparation, workplace skills and digital confidence where needed.

With a background in training design and delivery, including experience with Lloyds Banking Group and on the Restart programme, David brings a friendly, practical and supportive approach to every session. He works alongside participants to identify their goals, develop their strengths and take positive steps towards sustainable employment.
