Cosmic is delivering a fully funded, two-day digital skills course at the Weymouth Skills Hub, designed specifically for the hospitality and tourism sector.

This practical training helps businesses develop stronger brand visibility, improve marketing, and work more efficiently using the latest digital tools — including AI.

Funded by Dorset Council, this opportunity is open to hospitality and tourism organisations across the region who want to build confidence and capability in digital marketing, productivity, and customer engagement.

Who is Eligible?

This training is for:

  • Adults living or working for a business based in the Dorset Council area
  • Dorset-based hospitality and tourism businesses
  • Hotels, B&Bs, restaurants, cafes, attractions, and visitor centres
  • Business owners and marketing teams keen to boost their digital confidence
  • Anyone wanting to learn AI and digital tools in a practical, supportive setting

Participants will:

  • Understand how to use digital tools like Canva, Google Business Profile, and Microsoft 365 to improve their brand and operations
  • Gain practical, hands-on experience creating and managing digital content
  • Learn how to use AI tools confidently and responsibly
  • Leave with a set of ready-to-use templates, AI prompts, and strategies to implement immediately

This interactive two-day workshop is packed with hands-on learning, live demos, and guided exercises, designed to deliver skills you can use straight away.
