Adrian is one of Cosmic's newest members of staff, so we asked him 6 questions all about his role, and a bit about himself too.

What do you do here at Cosmic?
I’m a digital skills trainer working with businesses to up skill them in a wide range of digital skills including photography, CRMs and M365.

What’s your favourite part about the job, and what are you most excited about doing
Helping people by showing them better ways of working. That look on someone face when they realise how much time or money a new feature or skill could save or make them is a great feeling.

What do you like most about Cosmic?
The ethical and thoughtful nature of the business. They really care that they make a positive impact on everyone they encounter, clients and staff alike. They don’t just say they want to make an impact they act on it; they are constantly looking at ways to help the environment, be more diverse, support their community and much more.

What is the most interesting thing about you or that you have done?
I’d probably have to say that I worked at a shop that was visited by a lot of celebrities a few years ago, I met Angelina Jolie, Tom Cruise, Patrick Stewart and Ricky Gervais amongst others. In fact, when I met Ricky Gervais, I actually ended up being an extra in the Christmas special of his show Extras, that was a great day at work!!

What’s your favourite piece of digital technology at home or in your pocket?
Oooo that’s a good question, I’m quite techy and used to work for a multinational tech company so have a lot of devices. If pushed I’d probably say my Airpod Pros (wireless headphones), I spend most of my day with them on watching something on my iPad or listening to music or a podcast.

What are your hobbies or interests?
I’m a keen photographer, I specialise in street and portrait photography and currently run a family portrait business in Exeter. I’m also a massive TV and film fan, I generally have seen the latest TV and film and my wife is always amazed how quickly I can binge a series. I also love music and get to as many gigs as possible, which has obviously been a challenge in the last few years!!
