Iridescent Ideas CIC is a Plymouth-based social enterprise and Community Interest Company. Their vision is to see a more socially enterprising, greener and fairer economy. They have been delivering business support for social enterprises and charities across the UK since 2011. They support new businesses to get established and existing ones to grow. They help find finance, develop business plans and evaluate impact, and they also deliver contracts for councils, universities and other partners.
A new member of the team joined them this year to help them develop a new digital service. They needed some expert advice and support on a few aspects of this to help get started and to improve the team’s digital knowledge, understanding and skills overall. Various members of their team have attended different workshops hosted by Cosmic - covering subjects ranging from social media selling and marketing to exploring the Metaverse! They have also had some bespoke 1-to-1 support to help them identify their digital needs going forward and the best solutions to help them develop their services.
