Our Restart Scheme celebrated its first birthday in August this year!
It’s been an excellent first year of Restart digital upskilling support provided by Cosmic, delivering across the South West of England.
Across Devon and Cornwall, Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire, Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset, our team of Digital Skills Trainers have worked tirelessly to support Restart Scheme participants in improving their digital skills in order to get back into work.

The team have delivered a total of 3,717 1:1 sessions and 189 workshops, supporting a total of 2,207 Restart Scheme participants to date.
Some of the topics covered have been Laptop/PC/Smartphone/Tablet confidence, Email essentials, Job Seeking online, Job Interviews online; and MS Outlook, Word/Excel and PowerPoint essentials.
Cosmic look forward to continuing to help many more people get the (Re)start in the job market that they need.
