Cosmic has produced hundreds of websites over the years and those with a Cosmic-produced website will most likely have contacted our web team with a query on how to make a change to your website.
You would likely have directly contacted your account manager by email in the past (usually Pete or Jamie). We have now implemented a new tool to our workflow that allows the web team to better support you. This new tool creates a ticket that can be picked up and addressed by any member of the web team, therefore allowing us to respond to your queries in a more timely fashion rather than waiting on one person to pick up an email.
All new website support queries should now be sent to web@cosmic.org.uk rather than individual members of the team. Of course, we are still more than happy to have a chat over the phone; the web team can be reached on 0330 088 3005 and selecting the option for the web team.
