Cosmic worked with Devon Communities Together and Stir To Action to specify, consult, design and build the new website that is centred around local affordable housing led by communities.
Devon Community Housing Hub is a partnership of Devon’s Local Authorities, Housing Associations, National Parks and Housing Professionals, working to address and meet local housing need in rural Devon. It has the support of central government agencies (Homes England) and other South West enablers of affordable housing.
We worked with the project coordinators and took the branding and concepts produced out of the initial consultation that was run by a 3rd party partner. We then project managed the website development, worked to create the original website structure and user journeys and then adapted these plans through flexible project management.
The resulting website brings together multiple stakeholders to help provide support and professional services for anyone involved in community led housing.
DCHH’s values are about putting local and rural values of association first. Localism is at the heart of what they do.
The website will help communities develop housing plans and initiatives that work with the communities they serve.
