One of the most significant milestones in 2025 was fully implementing Greenly carbon calculation software across our organisation. This tool has given us a clear, data-driven understanding of our emissions – and that clarity is powerful.

Because we now understand our emissions in detail, we can confidently put our Carbon Action Plan into place. This plan focuses on reducing emissions where they matter most and embedding sustainability into every decision we make.

Sustainability starts with people. That’s why we’ve introduced mandatory, regular sustainability training via Greenly for all staff. This training ensures everyone understands the environmental challenges we face and the role they play in reducing our impact.

Where We’re Making the Biggest Difference
Our data shows that travel remains our largest source of emissions – making up 60%. In response, we’re doubling down on remote working and smarter travel choices. We’re also tackling emissions from device procurement by promoting refurbished devices and sustainable options for our clients.
Beyond our own operations, we’re helping businesses adopt sustainable digital practices, including:
- Advising on the carbon impact of AI and training teams on cloud data management to reduce emissions.
- Using green hosting powered by 100% renewable energy for Cosmic and all our web clients.
- Maintaining a list of sustainable suppliers for all purchases.
