Adela helps businesses and teams use AI with confidence and care. Her focus is on what works in practice, and she is honest about where AI helps, where it doesn’t, and where the risks are.
She has worked in digital strategy for over a decade, and that work now covers AI as well as digital. Her background is in science: she holds an MRes in Ecology and Environmental Management from the University of York. She then spent several years as a business adviser, supporting businesses across the South West through one-to-ones and workshops on digital and sustainability.
Sustainability shapes everything she teaches. She helps people use digital tools and AI well, and helps them understand the environmental impact of the choices they make.
At Cosmic, Adela runs workshops, including AI Essentials and AI for Marketing, and gives one-to-one support on the Devon Business Support Programme. Her sessions are hands-on and free of jargon, and they start from where each person is.
