I’m a Senior AI and Microsoft Trainer at Cosmic, mainly working across our project work and supporting businesses and organisations to use digital tools more effectively. Through workshops and one-to-one support, I help people apply AI and Microsoft tools in practical, strategic ways to improve how they work.
I really enjoy meeting new people and helping clients build the knowledge and confidence to make meaningful changes in their day-to-day roles. A big part of my work is helping businesses and organisations look beyond the hype around AI and focus on where these tools can genuinely save time, improve productivity and support better ways of working. I’m particularly passionate about making this feel approachable for people at all levels of confidence and experience.
Before joining Cosmic, I spent many years working in retail with John Lewis and EE. Then, before joining Cosmic, I was a product trainer at Panasonic, which was a fantastic experience and helped prepare me well for my current role.
At Cosmic, I believe in being open and honest with clients, always trying to understand their needs and deliver training that is practical, relevant and genuinely useful. My aim is always to make technology feel approachable and valuable, whatever someone’s starting point.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy running and I’m also a keen photographer. My biggest passion, though, is film and cinematic TV – I love getting lost in a great story.
I have two small children who keep me very busy. I’m a big tech enthusiast and always keen to learn about the latest tools, software and ideas that could help people and organisations work better.
