Since joining Cosmic in 2017, I’ve been working on projects supporting individuals back to work by developing their digital skills. In my current role, I oversee the day-to-day delivery of our Digital Inclusion work, including the Restart Scheme.
My biggest motivator is the moments when a customer arrives at a session to say that they’ve found x, y or z on their device since you last saw them. That is when I know that we’ve made a real impact on not only their digital skill, but the opportunities that person now has. In my view, it’s not always about the skills themselves, it’s about the confidence to give something a go!
In my own time, I really enjoy swimming, and am a huge fan of live music, theatre, and cinema.
