I’m Craig McLaren Kennedy, a Digital Consultant at Cosmic, specialising in digital transformation, focussing on business applications and process automation (particularly tools like power automate). I have a wide range of experience with business applications such as virtual contact centre technology, CRM applications and low code development tools. I get a real kick out of exploring existing system capabilities and seeing how they can be utilised to improve business processes.
Previously I have run small businesses where it has been exciting getting involved at every level of the business process. This has exposed me to managing teams of different sizes where I have developed coaching and mentoring skills. My experience is wide ranging across software development, vendor and people management, stock control, fleet management and financial accounting.
At Cosmic, I support organisations in navigating digital change, improving business processes, and implementing sustainable digital strategies. Whether it’s refining workflows, enhancing data insights, or adopting new tools, I’m here to help businesses make technology work for them.
Outside of work, I have a huge passion for music and music technology. In my spare time, I play bass guitar for a hard rock, play cricket and spend hours building train tracks with my 3 year old. In everything I do, I try to be creative and use this to try and problem solve and work around challenges that I or the organisations I work with, face.
