IT Technician
My job is giving I.T. support to Cosmic staff and customers. This involves everything from building and repairing P.C. hardware to working on I.O.T. devices or cloud systems and much more.
I enjoy working for a company where our primary focus is not how to make money but how to help our customers. This focus also benefits everyone as finding the best solution for the customer means that we get to innovate and think outside of the box, always looking at how new technologies and services can help.
I served in the Armed Forces for well over a decade before joining Cosmic.
I enjoy a variety of hobbies, the geekier the better. Everything from 3D printing to board games.
