As CEO of Cosmic, I lead the strategic development of the organisation, ensuring our future plans are bold, purposeful, and aligned with our mission to deliver meaningful impact. My role centres on cultivating strong partnerships and securing high-quality projects that advance digital skills, drive digital transformation, and support businesses in navigating the digital landscape.
I also serve as a lead consultant for our Digital Leadership programme, where I inspire and guide clients through their digital strategy and transformation journeys. In addition, I provide one-to-one coaching for CEOs across the social enterprise and charity sectors, helping them unlock their potential and lead with confidence in a digital-first world.
Leading the talented team at Cosmic is a continual source of motivation. Our commitment to delivering social and environmental impact—and the tangible difference we make to individuals, organisations, and communities—is at the heart of everything we do. We are currently shaping ambitious plans for the future, driven by our vision of ensuring everyone can benefit from digital technologies.
Beyond my work at Cosmic, I am proud to serve as a Trustee of the Good Things Foundation, the South West regional lead for Future Dot Now, and Chair of the Bank of England’s Citizen Panels in the South West.
Prior to joining Cosmic, I worked in IT deployment within local government, where I led the development and delivery of staff training programmes. Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience in the family motor trade business—though I rarely got my hands dirty! Instead, I developed a solid foundation in administration, finance, and sound business practice.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate horse rider and dog owner, and I love exploring the beautiful South West countryside in my camper van. I also enjoy reading, painting, and sketching—especially dogs and horses!
