I offer third level support to the Tech Team. Manage External Services including Cosmic’s Web Servers, Mail and Domain management while monitoring systems and new directions.
Good customer service motivates me and making sure our customers get the best deal is what I want to achieve, even if it's something Cosmic don't offer.
I had my own mechanic business in the 80s, in the 90s this migrated into a computer consultancy service before joining Cosmic in 2002. Quite a lot of traveling around the world in between where I picked up skills and a lot of initiative that's used now.
I like rabbits and Laser Cutters. At the moment, making things for rabbits with lasers but this could change to be the other way round, who knows. I have to have something to do all the time so who knows what’s next!
