This document deals only with the specific terms relating to the supply of Services that include the provision domain name management and are a supplement to our General Terms, which also apply to your particular contract with us.

These Specific Terms take precedence over our General Terms.

1. Definitions
   1. Anything defined in the General Terms shall have the same meaning here.
   2. The following words shall have the following meanings:
      Anniversary of the Domain: the day and month when the Domains are due for renewal.
      Domain Names: the domain names listed for management in the Commercial Terms.
      Domain Name Management Services: the Services to be provided in accordance with these Specific Terms.
      Domain Name Management Services Start Date: the date set out in the Commercial Terms.
2. Domain Name Management Services
   1. We will in accordance with these Specific Terms, purchase the Domain Names on your behalf, subject to availability, and register it in your name, or as you direct in writing.
   2. You acknowledge that, as a licensee of the Domain Names, you have to abide by the relevant Registry’s terms and conditions. We can supply details on request. A failure to do so will result in your licence to use the Domain Names concerned, being revoked. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for each particular domain.
   3. You warrant that you require the Domain Names for legal and moral uses and will not permit use of the same for illegal, immoral, malicious purposes or for the sending of unsolicited mail or viruses.
3. Renewal
   We will renew your Domain Names until you or we terminate the Domain Name Management Services.
   We will make reasonable endeavours to tell you when the Domain Names are due for renewal and, upon receipt of payment of our Charges and the costs of renewal in good time, we will renew the same.
   If you don’t wish to renew a domain, then you must inform us at least 60 days in advance of the Anniversary of the Domain.
4. Charges
   The Charges will be calculated as set out in the Commercial Terms. In addition, we will charge the sums charged to us by the relevant Registrars and will need such amounts to be paid in advance of us incurring them.
5. Termination
   1. Either of us may terminate the Domain Name Management Services by giving not less than 60 days’ notice in writing, expiring on any anniversary of the Domain Name Management Cosmic Specific Terms Domain Management) v 1.0 2018 05 21 Services Start Date. There is no refund once the Domains have been renewed, whether for one or more years.
   2. Upon termination we will provide assistance to transfer the Domain Names Management to a replacement supplier in accordance with paragraph 16 of the General Terms.
