The Digital Leadership Programme, developed and delivered by Cosmic for over a decade, has continually evolved to stay current, incorporating the latest trends like AI’s impact. Focusing on strategic understanding rather than technical expertise, the programme equips you with the knowledge to confidently lead your organisation in today’s digital world.
The Digital Leadership Programme focusses on four key module themes.
The programme is covered during five full day sessions and includes project work, inspirational seminars from digital leaders and opportunities to network and work collaboratively with other leaders within the region.
The fifth and final session focuses on project presentations, including assessments, peer reviews, action planning, and a celebration of learning outcomes.
Throughout the programme, you’ll receive comprehensive mentoring and support to address any concerns, answer questions, and enhance your learning experience.
Upon completing the programme, you’ll be invited to join our Digital Leaders Alumni network. This group meets quarterly and offers free webinars on updates to MS365, key topics in digital transformation, peer networking, support, and more.

Introduction & overview: Digital Vision & Strategy, key drivers for transformation, organisational direction.
Digital Technology
Introduction to key concepts and examples of emerging and enabling technologies. Develop a plan for utilisation of technology.
Digital Culture
Developing organisational culture, people, innovation skills, knowledge, attitudes. Create a team of agile, flexible and creative staff.
Digital Processes
Process improvements, utilising enabling technologies to improve productivity, project development, risk management. Develop Agile skills and innovation tools such as MVP, Bimodal and Design Blueprints
Learning Outcomes
